Booblik. French bakery.

Goal: create a design theme and do interior design of a modern french bakery in the city of Atyrau, Kazakhstan.

Solution: Taste of Paris every day. In Kazakhstan.

Market research showed the attractiveness of the bakery segment in Atyrau. There were Turkish tea and coffee houses, restaurants of Asian cuisine, clubs, but no bakeries. Atyrau is situated in the Caspian oil region. In connection with the presence of large numbers of foreign oil companies, it was decided to allocate expats as a separate segment of the target audience - with about 70% of planned customers coming from this segment.

Moving away from the traditional, classic appearance of a French bakery in Art Nouveau or Provence styles, and not using a big number of decor elements. Interior design uses simple forms, wicker lamps and baskets, wooden furniture and textiles. Glossy and matte surfaces are combined  with the views of Paris. Chocolate color of the walls makes the premises cozy, and light furniture gives it freshness and lightness. Chocolate and vanilla colour combinations whets the appetite.
